* The payment of the rent as well as the deposit(warehouse) of a 150-euro pledge to be made in the discount(delivery) of keys.
* Deposit 25 % of the rent, not refundable in case of revocation.
* In the daytime of arrival the rents are available from 14 hours.
* In the daytime of departure apartments should be freed(released) at 10 o'clock at the latest.
* Supplied sheets, towels(briefcases) and not supplied cloths.
